Module 1: Fundamentals of Accounting
- Accounting Principles: Meaning of accounting, Golden Rules, and the double-entry system.
- Terminology: Understanding assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, and expenses.
- Financial Statements: Basics of Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts and Balance Sheets.
Module 2: Tally Prime Interface & Company Management
- Company Operations: Creation, alteration, deletion, and shutting of companies.
- Masters Setup: Creating Ledgers and Groups (Chart of Accounts).
- Inventory Setup: Creating Stock Groups, Items, Units of Measure, and Godowns.
Module 3: Voucher Entry & Recording Transactions
- Accounting Vouchers: Recording Contra, Payment, Receipt, Journal, Sales, and Purchase entries.
- Bill-wise Details: Managing Bill-by-Bill details for debtors and creditors.
- Inventory Vouchers: Purchase/Sales orders, Delivery notes, and Stock journals.
Module 4: Goods & Services Tax (GST) Compliance
- GST Activation: Enabling GST at the company and ledger levels.
- GST Transactions: Recording local (Intrastate) and Interstate supply of goods and services.
- Tax Calculations: Understanding CGST, SGST, and IGST.
- GST Returns: Generating and reconciling GSTR-1, GSTR-2A/2B, and GSTR-3B.
- Advanced GST: Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM), E-way bills, and E-invoicing.
Module 5: Advanced Features & Taxation
- Cost Management: Setting up Cost Centers and Cost Categories.
- Banking: Bank reconciliation (BRS), cheque printing, and e-payments.
- Other Taxes: Basics of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and TCS (Tax Collected at Source).
- Payroll: Employee creation, pay head setup, and processing salary vouchers.
Module 6: Reporting & Data Management
- MIS Reports: Generating Trial Balance, Cash/Bank Books, and Ratio Analysis.
- Data Security: Tally Vault, security controls, and audit trails.
- Administration: Backup, restore, data synchronization, and split company data
