The official Terms and Conditions and Rules and Regulations for Satya Edutech, Balasore, define the legal and academic agreement between the institute and its students.
1. Fee & Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable: Once paid, fees are neither refundable nor adjustable under any circumstances.
- Installments: While specific plans vary by course, all fees must typically be cleared according to the schedule provided at the time of admission.
2. Academic Discipline
- Attendance: A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory for a student to be eligible to appear for examinations.
- Lab Usage: Students are permitted to work in the computer labs only during their assigned batch times. Access outside these hours requires an Extra Time Card and prior approval from the office.
- Equipment Safety: Students are responsible for the careful use of all tools, components, and apparatus. Any loss or damage must be replaced or paid for by the student.
3. Admission & Conduct
- Right to Reject: The institute reserves the right to reject any candidate's admission without providing a specific reason.
- Misbehaviour: Serious disciplinary action, including removal from the institute without prior notice, can be taken in cases of misbehaviour or code of conduct violations.
- Application Integrity: Every candidate must fill out the official application form in their own handwriting to ensure accuracy.
4. Administrative Authority
- Final Decision: The decision of the Centre Manager is final in all academic and administrative matters.
- Changes to Courses: The management reserves the right to add, delete, or modify course structures, syllabi, or rules at any time to stay updated with industry trends.
5. Franchise Specific Terms
- License Validity: A franchise license is valid for one year and must be renewed annually based on the prevailing terms at that time.
- Operational Control: All staff recruitment and site selections for new centers require final approval from the Satya Edutech Corporate Office.
